Our guests are our elite VIPs. A bit of history gives the inspiration behind how we serve our guests:
Picture the days of horse and carriage. Alongside the carriages carrying the elite, you might find a running footman. The footman ensured safe travel and made arrangements for the passengers' arrival at their destination. Along the journey, the footman addressed the passengers' needs and kept them comfortable. Fast forward to modern day... Our guide is your footperson and our vehicle is your carriage.

What does boutique mean? In our case: family-run, passionate, unique, and individual.

When we say "tour with us", we mean it for each and every person. All our guests are our VIPs.
We strive to embody and pursue the applicable UN Sustainable Development Goals, such as reducing inequalities and supporting gender equality. We have a broad range of staff, including people that identify as youth, senior, and having a disability. The management staff have taken the time to attend courses on inclusivity, including recognition of our LGTBQ+ community. All guides acknowledge the Syilx Okanagan territory and will educate guests on the history of our regions' ancestors.
We are the first fully accessible tour company in the South Okanagan, offering wine and sightseeing tour opportunities to people with disabilities of all kinds. We can accommodate wheelchairs and other walking aid devices, or provide visual descriptions for guests who are vision impaired.
We ask everyone when they are booking with us what their preferences are and we do our best to make that happen. If someone requests an accessible vehicle, we can make that happen.
Everyone deserves to go on a tour to experience our beautiful region, and to feel comfortable and safe. We believe there should be no barriers for any guest to book a tour with us!
